Sprint 2000

Blue sky, sunny day paddle. Gusty headwinds going out, easier ‘sail’ upon return. Felt good...just a short aerobic workout. 😎

Way to go!!!

Ya girl!

Completed the Downwind Cup today with fellow The Goat Boater, Lake Wylie Paddleboarding tribe peeps…. Jp Ippolito & Rob Cynowa. It was more of a no winder than a downwinder. We don’t get a whole lot of downwind opps on this inland lake nonetheless we had on average a 5mph wind at our back and clocked in 17.36 miles (27.94km). My Garmin battery was running on it’s last beat therefore I stopped my watch at the 15 mile mark to make sure I didn’t lose my work then restarted a second session for the remaining 2+ miles. The following screenshots are of the two separate data sets from Garmin. A great day of Chattajack training mixed with CPL virtual racing 🤘. ... See MoreSee Less

Today was 2km day✅

The lake was not flat…definitely some kind of light winds going on….manageable.

My goal was to do it under 14 mins

My time was 14:03.
So….there is a strong possibility I might do that race again:)

Wendy Tillett 💪🤙

Man, I still got some to get in 😵 😂

Crashed my board and broke my paddle in half during the HV 110 I hope I can manage a downwinder in time 🤞

I still need to get the downwinder in! Cannot see a favourable forecast this weekend ????

Took a run at the 2000M sprint on this overcast afternoon. 3 attempts with a pretty decent head wind en route back to finish. Riding ol’ faithful “Purple Pain.” 🏄‍♀️🤙 ... See MoreSee Less
