So no one took your buoy???

Too much wind ,is not a good idea. I try do do my downwind yesterday and in the St-Lawrence river there was 3 feet swell and I spend more time on my knee.to survive.

6K Paddle Battle with the Goat Boater Complete! This was an official race in South Carolina. We had a beach start, beach finish, 5 buoy turns per 2K laps with 3 laps to complete. 15 bouy turns total, it was gnarly and super fun! I was in a 3rd place position after the 3rd buoy and decided to go for a swim which took me instantly back to 8th. Forgot to start my garmin until after the 1st buoy too. All and all a really awesome day. ... See MoreSee Less

Way to go!!!

Ya girl!

Completed the Downwind Cup today with fellow The Goat Boater, Lake Wylie Paddleboarding tribe peeps…. Jp Ippolito & Rob Cynowa. It was more of a no winder than a downwinder. We don’t get a whole lot of downwind opps on this inland lake nonetheless we had on average a 5mph wind at our back and clocked in 17.36 miles (27.94km). My Garmin battery was running on it’s last beat therefore I stopped my watch at the 15 mile mark to make sure I didn’t lose my work then restarted a second session for the remaining 2+ miles. The following screenshots are of the two separate data sets from Garmin. A great day of Chattajack training mixed with CPL virtual racing 🤘. ... See MoreSee Less

Today was 2km day✅

The lake was not flat…definitely some kind of light winds going on….manageable.

My goal was to do it under 14 mins

My time was 14:03.
So….there is a strong possibility I might do that race again:)
